PITMAN, N.J. — Sophomore Julius Libutsi (Jersey City, N.J./William L. Dickinson) of the New Jersey City University men's cross country squad was selected as the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) men's Runner of the Week, as the awards from the week of Oct. 4-10 were announced by conference today, Monday, Oct. 11.
